♦Are you tired of coming up against the same obstacles without gaining traction?

♦Have you tried all you know to feel better without the result you yearn for?

Living and working in London, England & Cape Town, South Africa taught me that no matter our differences, we share a common bond and universal stories, universal needs. Acknowledging that & accepting help can be the threshold to a new life. Therapy works by helping you to mobilize internal resources for personal growth that alone has been elusive. As your therapist, I will provide you:

  • A safe & welcoming place where you can develop self-awareness.
  • A compassionate hand that will support and empower you.
  • Guidance to understand & master self-defeating patterns.
  • Attention to matters of the spirit, if relevant for you.

Using an integrated approach attuned to your mind, body and emotions we will navigate internal barriers preventing you from living the life you desire and free you to embody your authentic self.  I have found this approach helps lead to deeper connection in relationships, greater confidence making decisions, as well as an increased capacity for managing life’s challenges.

  • With children I use a combination of Conscious Parenting interventions with parents and Play and Art therapies for increasing self-confidence.

I also specialize in providing services for other therapists, graduate students and helping professionals who want to continue their own personal work and journey of self-reflection.  I provide services in Spanish & English and welcome your call to discuss the possibility of our working together.   I am happy to provide you with a FREE initial phone consultation to answer your questions.

“Compassion is not a relationship between the healer and the wounded. It’s a relationship between equals.”~Pema Chödrön
